The Lord is leading each of us to increasingly learn & proclaim (even when things don’t seem to make sense) that:
God is One – Adonai Echad!
His Body is One – Edah Adonai Echad!
His Word is One – Dabar Adonai Echad!
In order to increase our understanding, sometimes we need to wrestle/grapple with (1) God, (2) issues of His Body and (3) with His Word (written (Bible) & with the ongoning leading of His Holy Spirit)
So … I’m beginning an already continuing investigation/study into the idea that His Word is One – Dabar Adonai Echad to appreciate the “connections” between the Old & New Testaments.
This already continuing study is called “Connect the Dats” ©

The LORD came from Sinai and dawned from Seir upon us; he shone forth from Mount Paran; he came from the ten thousands of holy ones, with flaming fire at his right hand. Yes, he loved his people, all his holy ones were in his hand; so they followed in your steps, receiving direction from you (Deuteronomy 33:2-3, ESV)
With flaming fire … with Aish Dat – with His Fiery Word/Law/Proclamation.
The first part of this investigation regards the theme of Light, beginning with Light in the Gospel of John and by connecting the ideas – His Fiery Law – through both Testaments.
